We stayed at Relax Garden Boutique Villa for 5 nights during our visit to Hoi An. The staff, especially Cherry and Peter, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They provided us with helpful guides and suggestions, and even recommended a great tailor. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was done daily. The location was central, yet tucked away from the busy streets, with easy access to the Old Town and the beach. Free bicycles were provided, making it convenient to explore the area. We were so pleased with our stay that we ended up extending it for an additional 2 nights.

We recently had a romantic escape at this beautiful boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even surprised us with flowers upon arrival, which was a lovely gesture. The location was perfect, situated between the town and the beach, allowing us to easily explore both areas. We loved that the hotel offered complimentary bicycles to explore the surroundings. And not to forget, the pool was a great addition and provided a refreshing escape from the heat.

The only minor drawback was that the hotel was a bit further away from the town and beach than we expected. However, this wasn't a major issue as we could easily rent a moped from the hotel.

I recently stayed at Relax Garden Boutique Villa for a few nights during a trip to Vietnam. The owner was incredibly attentive and helpful, providing great suggestions and making sure I had a fantastic stay. The bedrooms were lovely, the bathrooms were luxurious with a free-standing bathtub, and the clean swimming pool was perfect for cooling off on sunny days. I also absolutely loved the home-cooked Vietnamese breakfasts, prepared by the owner's mom, which included delicious Cao Lao and Quang noodles.

They provided us with helpful information and even gave us free snacks.- The hotel itself was tastefully decorated and had beautiful rooms. The daily footbath and the fresh herb scents added a nice touch to the relaxation vibe.

The shower heater was a bit inconsistent, which made it difficult to have a consistent temperature for a comfortable shower. There was no wardrobe in the room, which made it challenging to store a lot of clothes and belongings.

He even took the time to teach me about the local area and took me on a scooter ride to the local market. The free bikes provided were a great way to explore Hoi An. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The proximity to restaurants, bars, and the beach made it even more convenient. The spacious, well-appointed rooms, with their large marble bath and separate shower, provided a luxurious experience. I particularly enjoyed the warm herbal foot baths delivered to my room before bed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the option of using the free bicycles or renting a motorcycle. The pool was a nice addition, and I felt secure throughout my stay. The value for money was excellent, and if I ever return to Hoi An, I would definitely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend Relax Garden Boutique Villa for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The staff was intrusive and annoying. They provided wrong information about the hotel facilities, such as the lack of a restaurant and a 24-hour reception.

I had a beautiful garden view room at Relax Garden Boutique Villa with stunning morning flowers. the staff was friendly and enthusiastic, providing exceptional service with personal touches. Ngoc, the concierge, was extremely knowledgeable and helped us save money on tours and transportation. the location was perfect, situated between the town and the beach. the swimming pool was great, and they even offered free bicycle rentals. it was a delightful stay!

Friendly staff, modern and well-furnished rooms. Lemongrass scent adds a nice touch. Clean pool with perfect temperature. Delicious breakfast, especially the ice coffee. Convenient location between old town and beach. Recommended!
